It normalises the endocrine system and restores optimal hormone levels by naturally reactivating their production. \nYogaHormonal delivers fast results and helps you stay energetic\, young and beautiful\, and supports mental and emotional stability.\nIt also helps prevent serious illnesses linked to declining hormone levels. \n☝🏻Course objectives:\n– gaining knowledge of the physiology of the female reproductive system\,\n– natural health methods\n– techniques for regulating emotional state\n– acquiring and practising the skills needed to lead yoga classes and to practise independently \nThe programme was developed under RUDN University licence reg. no. 1204 of 23 December 2014\, based on the Federal State Standard of Higher Professional Education in “General Medicine”.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The course consists of 2 modules:\n– module 1 — 25.09.26 – 27.09.26\n– module 2 — 21.11.26 – 22.11.26 \nCourse length — 80 academic hours:\n– 40 hours — theory and practice in the modules\n– 40 hours — practice and Q&A in the online group\nParticipants receive a study guide \nDetailed course schedule: \nmodule 1 — 25.09.26 – 27.09.26 \n\n25 September 18:00–20:00 Group introductions\, YogaHormonal class\n26 September YogaHormonal theory and practice\n\nPart 1 from 10:00–13:00\nbreak from 13:00–14:00\nPart 2 from 14:00–17:30\n\n\n27 September YogaHormonal theory and practice\n\nPart 1 from 10:00–13:00\nbreak from 13:00–14:00\nPart 2 from 14:00–17:30\n\n\n\nThe time between modules is set aside for studying the course materials (study guides are handed out at the training) and the recommended reading. \nSessions with the project tutors (tutor support in preparing for the final assessment).\nDiscussion and Q&A take place in the course support group. \nmodule 2 — 21.11.26 – 22.11.26 \n\n21 November YogaHormonal theory and practice\n\nPart 1 from 10:00–13:00\nbreak from 13:00–14:00\nPart 2 from 14:00–17:30\n\n\n22 November The theory part of the course (materials on endocrinology and nutrition — see the course programme for details).
