Yogahormonal hormonal yoga is a natural method of maintaining and restoring women’s health. It normalises the endocrine system and restores optimal hormone levels by naturally reactivating their production.
YogaHormonal delivers fast results and helps you stay energetic, young and beautiful, and supports mental and emotional stability.
It also helps prevent serious illnesses linked to declining hormone levels.
☝🏻Course objectives:
– gaining knowledge of the physiology of the female reproductive system,
– natural health methods
– techniques for regulating emotional state
– acquiring and practising the skills needed to lead yoga classes and to practise independently
The programme was developed under RUDN University licence reg. no. 1204 of 23 December 2014, based on the Federal State Standard of Higher Professional Education in “General Medicine”.
The course consists of 2 modules:
– module 1 — 25.09.26 – 27.09.26
– module 2 — 21.11.26 – 22.11.26
Course length — 80 academic hours:
– 40 hours — theory and practice in the modules
– 40 hours — practice and Q&A in the online group

The time between modules is set aside for studying the course materials (study guides are handed out at the training) and the recommended reading.
Sessions with the project tutors (tutor support in preparing for the final assessment).
Discussion and Q&A take place in the course support group.

Final assessment takes the form of video reports submitted to the course tutors.
Modules are held online and attendance is compulsory.
Access to the video classes is provided in the closed course support group.
Discussion and Q&A take place in the course support group.
Tuition fee for 2 modules:
RUB 63,000 — with a state-recognised certificate from the Institute of Oriental Medicine at RUDN University (Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia)
☝🏻“On completing the training, students may additionally (if they wish) receive a certificate of YogaHormonal hormonal yoga instructor and specialist in wellness practices,
which permits them to operate under OKVED codes 96.04 and 93.13 (fitness and wellness activities) and to provide wellness services under the OKPD classification.
The specialist certificate is issued by the accredited YogaHormonal school and the National Professional Association of Specialists in Traditional Medicine and Wellness Practices under cl. 3, art. 32 and cl. 2, art. 91 of the Federal Law on Education in the Russian Federation”.

☝🏻 Classes are held both in person and online.
☝🏻 In-person classes are held at the Institute of Oriental Medicine, RUDN University, 6 Miklukho-Maklaya St, Moscow
☝🏻 Tuesday classes at 19:00 are held at 4 Pokrovka St, “White Clouds” cultural centre. (The cost of the classes is included in the course fee)
☝🏻 All classes are streamed live online, and recordings are kept.
