Personal data processing policy
1. General provisions
This personal data processing policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law no. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” and sets out the procedure for processing personal data and the measures for ensuring the security of personal data of the “Yogahormonal Hormonal Yoga” Training Programme, Nune Rojas’s Method (hereinafter, the Operator).
- The Operator regards respect for the rights and freedoms of the individual and citizen in the processing of their personal data — including protection of the rights to privacy and to personal and family confidentiality — as the paramount aim and condition of carrying out its activities.
- This policy of the Operator regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter, the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://yogahormonal.org.
2. Key terms used in the Policy
- Automated processing of personal data — processing of personal data by means of computer equipment;
- Blocking of personal data — temporary suspension of the processing of personal data (except where processing is necessary to correct the personal data);
- Website — the set of graphical and informational materials, together with the computer programs and databases that make them available on the internet at the network address https://yogahormonal.org;
- Personal data information system — the totality of personal data contained in databases, together with the information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing;
- Anonymisation of personal data — actions as a result of which it becomes impossible, without the use of additional information, to determine whether personal data belong to a particular User or other personal data subject;
- Processing of personal data — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed on personal data with or without the use of automation, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, correction (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data;
- Operator — a state body, municipal body, legal entity or natural person that, alone or jointly with others, organises and/or carries out the processing of personal data and determines the purposes of processing, the composition of the personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed on the personal data;
- Personal data — any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable User of the website https://yogahormonal.org;
- User — any visitor to the website https://yogahormonal.org;
- Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a particular person or a particular group of persons;
- Dissemination of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indeterminate group of persons (transfer of personal data) or at making personal data known to an unlimited group of persons, including publishing personal data in the mass media, posting them on information and telecommunications networks, or providing access to personal data by any other means;
- Cross-border transfer of personal data — the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state, to a foreign state authority, or to a foreign natural or legal person;
- Destruction of personal data — any actions as a result of which personal data are destroyed irrevocably, with no possibility of subsequently recovering the content of the personal data in the personal data information system, and/or as a result of which the material carriers of the personal data are destroyed.
3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User
- Surname, first name, patronymic;
- Email address;
- Telephone numbers;
- Year, month, date and place of birth;
- Photographs;
- Actual place of residence and address of registration at the place of residence and/or place of stay;
- Information on education, profession, speciality and qualifications, and details of educational documents;
- The site also collects and processes anonymised data about visitors (including “cookie” files) using internet statistics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics and others).
- The data listed above are referred to collectively in this Policy as Personal Data.
4. Purposes of processing personal data
- The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to inform the User by sending emails, and to provide the User with access to the services, information and/or materials contained on the website.
- The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events. The User may at any time opt out of receiving informational messages by sending the Operator a letter to the email address 4nune@mail.ru marked “Opt-out of notifications about new products, services and special offers”.
- Anonymised User data collected via internet statistics services are used to gather information about Users’ activity on the site and to improve the quality of the site and its content.
5. Legal grounds for processing personal data
- The Operator processes the User’s personal data only where the User has entered and/or submitted them independently via the dedicated forms located on the website https://yogahormonal.org. By completing the relevant forms and/or submitting their personal data to the Operator, the User expresses their consent to this Policy.
- The Operator processes anonymised data about the User where this is permitted by the settings of the User’s browser (saving of “cookie” files and use of JavaScript technology are enabled).
6. Procedure for collecting, storing, transferring and otherwise processing personal data
The security of the personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through legal, organisational and technical measures necessary for full compliance with the requirements of applicable personal data protection legislation.
- The Operator ensures the safekeeping of personal data and takes every possible measure to prevent access to personal data by unauthorised persons.
- The User’s personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases connected with compliance with applicable law.
- If inaccuracies are found in their personal data, the User may correct them independently by sending the Operator a notification to the Operator’s email address 4nune@mail.ru marked “Updating personal data”.
- The period of personal data processing is unlimited. The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending the Operator a notification by email to the Operator’s email address 4nune@mail.ru marked “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data”.
7. Cross-border transfer of personal data
- Before beginning any cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator is obliged to satisfy itself that the foreign state to whose territory the personal data are to be transferred provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
- Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only where the personal data subject has given written consent to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or for the performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.
8. Final provisions
- The User may obtain any clarification on questions of interest concerning the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator by email at 4nune@mail.ru.
- This document will record any changes to the Operator’s personal data processing policy. The Policy remains in force indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
