“I love practising hormonal yoga. It balances my inner state beautifully and gives me a surge of strength, energy and good spirits. I started looking better, and people around me began to notice. It has a positive effect on every kind of relationship. Thank you, Nune, for this wonderful, warm women’s yoga practice.”

I only started quite recently, about 2 months ago; I spent a very long time looking for teachers of hormonal yoga specifically. And a miracle happened — I met the wonderful teacher Nune!! I feel great after class, the hot flushes that were tormenting me are receding, my sleep has become better and deeper, and there is one more pleasant bonus from the classes — I have noticeably slimmed down))) Thank you Nune, and thank you yoga!!! I always look forward to class. Good health to everyone!!

I came to the practice when I realised that medicine was powerless in my case. The problem was that I had had no periods for the past 2.5 years. The gynaecologists all insisted, to a man, that I go back to hormonal contraceptives, which I had already been taking for 6 years without a break. When I decided to give up the pills, my body proved too lazy to act. By the time I read the interview with Nune in the Vegetarian newspaper, I had tried every method — Chinese medicine, acupuncture, hirudotherapy, abdominal massage, fasting and so on. My period appeared a couple of times, scant and sluggish.
I have practised yoga on and off for about 5 years. I liked Nune straight away. She radiates true femininity, motherly care and understanding. And above all, the confidence that anything can be achieved with the right approach. Some of the asanas and breathing techniques were new; some I already knew. The visualisation practice during class came as a surprise.
The first changes came after three months. I practised twice, occasionally three times, a week, plus an individual practice at home every day. My periods came back at the proper quality and quantity!!! I am still practising to this day. I have more energy and more joy, and I feel better. For me this is a great victory, though there is still more to aim for.
I intend to keep practising. I love Nune’s approach, the yoga, and the company of women that fills us up in the circle of practitioners.

I was troubled by very long and heavy periods. An ultrasound showed a polyp in the uterus; such things are supposed to be removed, but they can come back again and again. I was greatly inspired when I came across an article about hormonal yoga in Vegetarian magazine. The classes are in many ways like ordinary yoga classes, but there are also strong differences. The special breathing and visualisation practices came easily to me, because Nune explains everything in great detail and very convincingly.
I noticed results within a month — that is, the very first period after starting the practice was moderate and lasted 5 days, as it had when I was 20. Then I began to notice that my periods had not only normalised in length but had become painless! That had never happened to me before! And somehow, without my noticing, my PMS disappeared.
For me, classes with Nune are not merely a pleasant and beneficial practice — they are a healing miracle in situations that conventional medicine considers incurable. I am endlessly grateful to Nune for her work and for the chance to take part in her method, and of course I will keep practising.

Good day to everyone! My story is this: I am 27, and for 5 years or more I took contraceptive pills without a break, after which my body completely forgot how to work on its own and, as all the doctors put it, “I had killed everything in there”. Anyway, my husband and I wanted a child, I stopped taking the pills, and in the end I had no cycle at all for a year(!).
By chance I saw hormonal yoga classes at a yoga studio near my home and came to the wonderful, feminine Nune. Would I say I came convinced it would help me? No. I had doubts; I did not know whether I was on the right path, whether to keep practising or go back to hormones and doctors, or how long recovery would take — weeks, months, years? But the fact remains: a month and a half of practice (at least 40 minutes to an hour every day) and my period came!! It was a miracle!
For me this is one more sign that working with consciousness works wonders! I am still practising, and now I have no doubt that you simply have to learn to talk to your mind and body and come to an agreement with them — they are on your side!;) I am grateful to fate for bringing me a teacher like Nune. So, my dears, it is all in your hands!
