From 1–10 May, at an ashram near Rishikesh on the banks of the sacred Ganges in India, we will run the “Hormonal Yoga” training course and a series of Hatha yoga classes, with 2 state-recognised certificates awarded.
You can take the full course or simply come for the retreat; there are participation options at different prices

How will it work?

☀1 May — Arrival in Delhi, transfer to the course venue: an ashram by the sacred river Ganges in the Himalayan foothills, in a nature reserve 30 km from Rishikesh (a 5-hour drive).

From 2–9 May there will be a training programme — a YogaHormonal hormonal yoga intensive covering both theory and practice.

Over this period participants will gain theoretical and practical skills, and tools for normalising the endocrine system through yoga techniques.

On completing the programme and passing the final assessment, 2 certificates are awarded:
📜1. A state-recognised ITOM certificate of training (ITOM is the clinical base of the Institute of Oriental Medicine at RUDN University).
📜2. A certificate of participation in the Integral Hatha Yoga programme (state-recognised, under a licence of the Republic of India) — since course participants will attend meditation and hatha yoga classes

Excursions: During your stay in India you can visit several sights, if you wish. Days devoted entirely to study will alternate with days when we go on excursions.

The following excursions are available — not included in the price:
🌴A visit to the Shiva temple at Neelkanth, and a walk through Rishikesh and Haridwar
🌴Greeting the sunrise at Kunjapuri temple
🌴A trip to the Mansa Devi and Chandi Devi temples and the Vasistha cave
(approximate cost of each excursion — RUB 500)
🌴A trip to the keeper of the palm-leaf library, the 16th-generation Bhrigu astrologer, a scholar well known in India — you can have a reading and learn about your destiny from the Akashic Records, the store of information on every person who has ever lived on Earth, including past lives and the future.
The cost of this trip and reading is 1,000 rupees for the journey plus a donation for the reading — around $40.

Included in the price:
– Transfer (from the airport to the venue and back to the airport);

Those who have paid for the ‘Training’ package also receive the YogaHormonal curriculum and 2 certificates:
– A state-recognised certificate of completion of the hormonal yoga course (in Russian and English);
– A certificate of participation in the Integral Hatha Yoga programme.

Not included in the price: Flights, Indian visa, excursions.
