I live in Switzerland 🇨🇭
I am an EFA-certified therapeutic fasting consultant and a practitioner of many years’ standing. My practice is not only theoretical but lived. I have walked this path myself, again and again. Cleansing the body and fasting is a conscious path for me. I am a veteran in this field and I understand deeply how to accompany women gently, knowledgeably and lovingly through the process of cleansing and reset.

I work with groups at wellness centres in Switzerland and Germany. I also run individual programmes based on my own system, grounded in experience, knowledge and genuine care.

I have added to my education by studying with Olga Shishova in the fields of women’s health and restoring the digestive system

I am skilled in techniques for restoring the female body that were passed to me down the female line by my grandmother, a midwife and herbalist. This is knowledge of visceral massage, lifting the uterus, and working with the uterine centre. These practices come from the depths of the female lineage — from the body, from memory, from nature.

I also use moxa therapy and yoni steaming in my work. Yoni steaming is not merely a technique. It is an ancient women’s ceremony, a moment of stillness and strength in which a woman remains with herself, restores her connection with the womb, and restores her cycle and hormonal balance.

I came to YogaHormonal hormonal yoga when my body demanded particular attention and care. Diagnoses such as endometriosis, cysts and hormonal instability became not diagnoses for me but points of awakening. It was they that brought me to hormonal yoga.

I completed my training between March and May 2025.
