I completed the YogaHormonal training in 2019. Having experienced for myself the positive effect of the method in restoring the endocrine system, I now practise and teach YogaHormonal hormonal yoga in Nune Rojas’s method.
A musician by training and a piano teacher, I successfully combine a musician’s sensitivity with yoga practice. I teach classes at @belye_oblaka and on Zoom.
