I first encountered yoga 12 years ago.
It was the tool that helped me get back on my feet after certain circumstances in my life. And the practice continues, now in the role of a Hatha Yoga instructor.

From 2018 I became interested in the changes in health that Hormonal yoga practice brings. In spring 2020 I was very fortunate to learn about the YogaHormonal teacher training — a unique method of self-regulation and health restoration grounded in Nune Rojas’s own experience. I greatly enjoy practising the method, and I take even greater pleasure in seeing the results.

Watching these lovely women, it is clear that many suffer from frequent mood swings, tension, a lack of vital energy and apathy, PMS and cycle irregularities, rapid weight gain and difficulty losing it.
But what is to be done?

Yes, it is clear that lifestyle, nutrition and ways of thinking have to change.
But how, given how busy and intense everything is? When every situation triggers a defence mechanism. Shut yourself off, tense up, grit your teeth… And harmony with yourself does not even come into it.

Hormonal yoga was a welcome discovery; it can be used as part of a wider approach and gives results fairly quickly.
Instead of defence, this method helps the body switch on its mechanisms of self-regulation and restoration as fully as possible; body and mind remember their wholeness.

I take great joy in watching women change from class to class!
I see the shine in their eyes, their energy, their more positive outlook on life.
Their features change, the swelling goes, their body proportions shift.
I can see that YogaHormonal really works, and that women with problems linked to endocrine disorders become healthier and happier through practising it!
