I am a certified coach in aerial stretching, various kinds of stretching, taekwondo and fitness, and now I have mastered one more skill — YogaHormonal, in Nune Rojas’s method 😍
The decision to train as a yoga instructor came out of my love for it. I have practised yoga for 3 years; along the way I have practised shakti yoga, kundalini yoga, universal yoga and hatha yoga. And now I have finally found what is closest to me — Hormonal yoga. Through it I am ready to pass love on to women — above all, love for themselves. Because I came to love myself and to flourish through this method ❤
The task I want to carry out is this: to return women to our true nature — TO BE A WOMAN 🙌
