I first came across yoga in 2015 and fell in love with it straight away, and in 2023 I decided to make yoga my life and took the YTTC 13 teacher training course at the “Pradnya” yoga institute. In 2025 I wanted to explore a new direction in yoga, and I took the hormonal yoga course with Nune Rojas, who holds a state patent on the YogaHormonal yoga method. That course definitely changed my life for the better, and I wanted to share what I had learned.

I love to travel and explore new cultures, I enjoy cooking dishes from cuisines around the world, and I am interested in maintaining health by natural means.

• I have practised yoga for over 10 years, and for 3 of them I have taught regular yoga classes.

I have always been interested in preserving youth and health, and I am glad that I can now help other women preserve their feminine resource for years to come through hormonal yoga.

As a senior manager, I understand how important it is to give time to the body and to health in general. Hormonal balance matters enormously for a woman at any age! I understand better than anyone the women around us who are building careers and often live under constant stress, which shows in our health!
