My name is Alyona Grigorievna Markova.
I have practised hatha yoga actively since 2018. In 2020 I trained in Ayurveda. I came across yoga Hormonal on the veda education platform; the method interested me greatly and I decided to go deeper. And now here I am on the same team as you 🤗
At present I work as a practising endocrinologist. Hormonal yoga is highly relevant for me 🙏 there are many patients with endocrine disorders, and I believe pills are not the only way to solve the problem.
