As soon as I finished the course I began teaching.
I take great joy in watching women change from class to class! Their features change — the swelling goes first — and their body proportions shift. But the main thing is the shine I see in their eyes, their energy, their more positive outlook on life!
I can see that YogaHormonal really works, and that people who practise it become healthier and happier!
