Marina Tikhomirova
Experience in yoga: I became interested in yoga after school. I study and practise several kinds of yoga. I hold a certificate in Kundalini yoga (Academy of Integrative Kundalini Yoga).
Hormonal yoga: Hormonal yoga in Nune Rojas’s method interested me straight away. I have always been convinced that choosing the right practices for a particular task is the key to reaching your goal. We are constantly tense and have stopped noticing it. This affects women in particular, who face an unimaginable number of demands. And the result is our total imbalance.
Hormonal yoga is a soft, gentle way to hear yourself again, to stop running in circles and, most importantly, to normalise your hormonal balance. Though it is hard to say what is most important here, because everything is interconnected, and without putting one seemingly less significant component in order it is impossible to normalise another. That logical chain is clearly traceable in the method, which is built on the idea of the “health triangle”. It gives a clear understanding of your state of health and offers the best way to address it, because it uses a holistic approach.
The required reading also helped a great deal in understanding the essence of the method

Daily kundalini yoga practice for 1.5 years. From April 2020 I began actively running groups online. In summer 2020 I completed the “Hormonal Yoga” course with Nune Rojas, who developed this approach.
Hormonal Yoga is a very soft and feminine practice that helps release stress and tension, both physical and mental, and brings the female body into balance as a whole. The effect of the very first class is an incredible sense of relaxation and peace. Ladies, this is the gentlest practice I know of at present.
I adore travelling, I adore the sea and circles of women’s strength. And theatres are another love of mine.

I began my career as a fitness instructor. About 10 years ago I started studying and practising yoga. I trained at an Iyengar yoga centre and at the yoga federation. I taught hatha yoga. In 2020 I completed the teacher training course in the YogaHormonal method. From September I plan to teach classes in this method at the TERRA family club in Elektrostal, including online classes.
Practising yoga, year after year, step by step, I find myself, come to know myself as a person, and understand my path ever more clearly. Emotional stability, self-confidence, understanding of oneself — these are the wonderful fruits of yoga practice. I would like to help people, especially women, improve their physical, mental and emotional state. And the hormonal yoga method is quite wonderful for this — the practice gives me a great influx of energy and a remarkably steady and at the same time “uplifted” state!

I have practised hatha yoga since 2000, taught since 2005, and taught prenatal yoga since 2009. I also practise Slavic women’s gymnastics. I originally trained in Universal Yoga with A. Lappa, and in perinatal yoga at the Birthlight and Adama Yoga schools.
Since it is mostly women who come to my classes, I came to the conclusion that women’s and men’s practices differ. And my teaching style softened considerably. I saw that it is far from every woman who needs or wants to twist herself into a knot, stand on her hands and stretch into the splits. But absolutely every woman needs to be able to balance herself, emotionally and physically. I find that a gentle practice is ideal for that.
What draws me to Hormonal Yoga is precisely its feminine approach to practice and its ways of bringing your inner space into harmony. From what I have observed, many women today are at the “masculine pole” — strong, ambitious, logical. The result is an energetic and hormonal imbalance. In hormonal yoga a woman learns to engage the “feminine pole” — to let go of the mind and develop an inner sensing of herself, her body and her energies, to use imagistic thinking, and to heal herself.

Yulia Olegovna Gushchina
Endocrinologist since 2009.
Preventive medicine physician since 2019.
Practising yoga since 2014.
Studied yoga therapy at the Institute of Traditional Health Systems (Moscow) under Sergey Nikolaevich Agapkin.
In November 2019 completed YogaHormonal training with Nune Rojas (Yekaterinburg).
“I trained at the ITHS in yoga therapy and kept looking for a system that worked specifically with the hormonal system — and that is how I met Nune. In my view it is currently the best yoga therapy method for improving how the hormonal system functions, confirmed by the positive results it produces in practice.
I am convinced that all the medicine is inside us, and that anyone can learn to restore their body’s health.”
Classes are currently held online.

“For me yoga is a way of life. A chance to be in harmony with myself, to feel lightness and warmth in my body, to be on good terms with my thoughts and to be the author of my own reality. In my classes we learn to dwell in our sensations and in gratitude for what we have and what we can do, and we draw resource from the here and now. And we direct it towards creating a healthy body and a flourishing life.”
In my classes we do not conquer ourselves or compete with one another. On the contrary, we learn to dwell in our sensations and in gratitude for what we have and what we can do, and we draw resource from the here and now. And we direct it towards creating a healthy body and a flourishing life.

Instructor, Moscow
I began practising yoga in 2002 with Marina Tueva (kundalini yoga).
A few years later I felt the need for a more solid grounding in hatha yoga, so I went on to explore various schools in Kyiv (including Y23 at Sidersky’s studio).
In Moscow, several years of hatha yoga practice with Oleg Brodsky helped me find my own style and set new goals.
For the past 7 years I have studied the “Chakra Sadhana” method under Alexander Taishev (the tradition of Shri Devraha Baba). I combine authentic approaches to yoga with contemporary knowledge and developments (A. Lappa) and study kriya yoga with various masters.
I attended several theory seminars in India with Shri Guru Devnath Maharaj (the Nath tradition). I received the first level of initiation into that tradition.
Since 2010 I have regularly attended seminars with Shibendu Lahiri Mahasaya (the Kriya Yoga tradition). I practise and study authentic Kriyas.
I regularly attend seminars and masterclasses with Alexander Taishev (the Chakra Sadhana method).
2017 — completed the yoga instructor training course at the “Higher School of Yoga Technologies”.
2019 — certified as a hatha yoga instructor at the “Higher School of Yoga Technologies”
2019 — completed Nune Rojas’s “YOGAHORMONAL” course at the ITOM, hormonal yoga instructor.
18 years of personal practice. 10 years of experience teaching yoga.
Yoga interests me as a science and as a psychophysical tool. It is a bottomless world to explore.
I teach:
- at the “Diapazon” education and culture centre, 109/3 Aleksandra Monakhova St,
Schedule: Wed, Thu, Sat and Sun at 19.15. By appointment only. - at the “Chakra” yoga studio, 24/7 Myasnitskaya St, building 3.
“Yoga interests me as a science and as a psychophysical tool. It is a bottomless world to explore. What drew me to the YogaHormonal hormonal yoga method is that it lets you work through areas of tension very deeply. To reach subtle levels, the energy of the organs (the glands) themselves. In the practice your emotional state changes — and at deep levels — along with your attitude to life, to your role, to your problems. You literally begin to “fit” — beautifully and creatively, as in a dance — where you once believed effort and struggle were required. Your way of living changes. You feel support coming from within yourself, from your own Shakti. From its feminine aspect, specifically. I am getting to know myself anew, and I invite you into this fascinating process!”

I have been practising YogaHormonal hormonal yoga for about 1.5 years. I trained in the YogaHormonal method at the ITOM in spring 2019 and began teaching almost immediately.
I currently teach at home in a comfortable, purpose-equipped yoga room (Moscow, Pervomayskoye settlement). I run both group and individual classes.
“The method wins you over with its simplicity and effectiveness. I love the awareness during the practice, when you observe the body and learn to hear it. I love the state afterwards — calm and quiet inside, no unnecessary thoughts or fuss, a feeling of health and renewal. And working with images is genuine magic for me. I greatly enjoy practising the method, and I take even greater pleasure in seeing the results.”
