Ekaterina Dubskikh
I have taught various movement disciplines for 21 years (fitness, dance, stretching, yoga).
My path into the world of yoga began 11 years ago, because despite constant dance and sport I had ended up with a bad back.
As someone who likes to control everything, I started with Iyengar yoga. Then came knowledge of psychosomatics, joint mobility work and other ways of restoring the spine.
I teach:
- at the “Satt Way” centre, 38 Melnikov St;
- at the “Atrium Palace” hotel, 44 Kuibyshev St;
- at the Krasnolesya medical centre, 23 Krasnolesya St.
“Hormonal yoga is, above all, a tool for restoring love for yourself and harmony with yourself! When your mind and heart are one, the body is happy. Kindness awakens in it, along with the energy of will and joy. Then, instead of defending itself, the body reactivates its self-regulation mechanisms: ageing slows, the cycle is restored, a long-awaited pregnancy arrives, illnesses recede, menopause is postponed. You feel your inner potential again and fill the world around you with energy. The quality of life changes, and its fullness opens up across its whole spectrum. It is not only hormonal balance that is restored — a magical sense of balance in everything appears. That is what YogaHormonal hormonal yoga, based on Nune Rojas’s wonderful method, is about.”

Instructor, Yekaterinburg, Phangan island (Thailand)
Namaste! My name is Natalia, and I organised and took the YogaHormonal Hormonal Yoga course with Nune Rojas in Yekaterinburg.
Experience and certificates:
– Hormonal yoga in Nune Rojas’s method
– Group programme instructor (fitness)
– International Kundalini Yoga school Amrit Nam Sarovar, France)
– Organiser of and participant in courses and seminars on hatha yoga, children’s yoga, kundalini yoga, natural rejuvenation and meditation.
In class I like to place the emphasis on feeling yourself and your body, here and now.
“I was delighted to bring this deep, gentle practice into my life. It fills the body with health and pleasure, and the heart with emotion and joy. It has everything I love: breath, work with the mind, directing attention, a clear logic for influencing the hormonal system, beautiful visualisations, asanas. And of course, sinking into meditation and expanding my inner boundaries. You always leave the studio renewed. Practise regularly and you feel a surge of strength, wake up happy and look forward to the day ahead. That state of pleasure gradually fills the body, heals the organs and shows in outer beauty.”
I travel a great deal, so I teach online classes for small groups, or on the island of Phangan in Thailand. I would be glad to hear from you — write to me:

Alina Belousova
Instructor, Moscow
Experience since 2012 — Iyengar yoga and fitness yoga (personal practice).
2018 — hormonal yoga (training).
2019 — women’s yoga / yin yoga / Pilates (training).
Teaching Hormonal yoga since December 2018.
Hormonal yoga requires no special physical preparation and is accessible at any age.
It improves wellbeing and relieves fatigue and irritation — practitioners see this result immediately after class.
With consistent practice:
– signs of PMS disappear, – the cycle normalises, – weight adjusts,
– recovery after pregnancy is fast and painless,
– sleep improves.
“Everything you can imagine is real”.
I love learning — gaining new experience and knowledge. Dance and drawing are my means of self-expression. I have been in sport all my life (dance, swimming, kickboxing) and I run yoga stretching for athletes.
In my group classes I try to create a comfortable atmosphere and the feeling of an individual practice.
“Having played various sports all my adult life, I came to yoga as a way of restoring the body. While teaching yoga stretching to athletes, I came to understand that it is our thoughts that need healing first, and that we ourselves are what stands in the way of living long and happily.
Through simple asanas, meditation and breathing practice, YogaHormonal hormonal yoga helps your body hear you, restoring you not only physically but spiritually.
This yoga method is effective if you genuinely wish to live as one with your healthy, flourishing, sensual, renewed feminine nature.”
